Bathroom Remodel in Franklin MA

DRR completed a bathroom remodel in Franklin to update the first-floor guest bathroom/powder room.

Our team removed the tub and gave the shower a more modern look. We installed a pivot shower door to fit more easily into the small space. Also, we replaced the baseboard heater with subfloor radiant heating.

The shower couldn’t accommodate a bench, so we added a foot niche. Guests can step on it to shave their legs without worrying about falling.

The homeowner requested a tile area around the mirror. We also updated the sconces, adding them into the glass for a seamless custom-built look.
