Bringing Your Vision to Life

Our Design-Build process focuses on you. We follow an organized path to give you the results you desire.

Initial Meeting

We discuss your vision and wish-list and recommend design options and possibilities. We also review costs, material selection, permits, and a construction timeline, and we address your questions about the DRR team.

Designer Meeting

Our designer walks you through available options and gives you enough information to make informed choices about finishes, products, materials, and construction techniques.

Proposal

Based on our designer’s drawings and Scope of Work, we develop a proposal and work out a target budget for your approval.

Contract

We present a contract that covers every aspect of your remodeling job. We review the details with you line by line. Once you sign your contract, we order your materials.

Construction

To minimize construction delays, we begin your project after all the materials are delivered. We complete your construction with a team of experienced professionals who are fully compliant with state licensing requirements.

DRR’s Lead Carpenter supervises day-to-day project activities and is always available to answer your questions. The lead oversees project details, finds solutions to any construction issues, answers your questions, and holds weekly progress check-in meetings. Our Head of Production visits your site regularly.

Post Production Walk Through

When we complete your remodeling, we do a walk-through with you and answer any questions. We give you the opportunity to review and sign-off on our work because our job isn’t complete until you’re satisfied.
